Siouxland Home Builders Association and Bob Miller Scholarship

The applicant must be pursuing a degree in a building-related program like construction management, building, construction technology, civil engineering, architecture, design, or any trade specialties. Application Materials must be sent to the Home Builders Association Professional Women in Building Scholarship Committee. You must also include a letter of recommendation, an official transcript, and a photo.
SIOUXLAND OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIPS
AWARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS: $750 (5 Awards) *Must be a Siouxland Senior
DEADLINE: March 25, 2022
The applicant will exude good sportsmanship, and must be a leader on and off of the sports field. The applicant must submit an essay, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and have participated in one sport at least three years of their schooling. They must have at least two reference letters and submit a copy of their official transcript.

Sioux City RETIRED EDUCATORS LEEANN JEFFERSON SCHOLARSHIP
AWARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS: $1,000 (1 Award)
DEADLINE: April 15, 2022
Applicants must attend a Sioux City area school. They must complete the application form, including a one-page list of school activities from grades 9 - 12, a one-page list of community activities from grades 9 - 12, a copy of transcript, a one-page list of employment experiences, and three letters of recommendation. They must also provide a two-page essay on why they chose to further their education in the area of helping students with special needs.

Applicants must reside in a Northwest Iowa League of Cities township. They must complete a 400 or 500-word essay regarding how they want to pursue a career in city government.

Must be furthering education in a program that leads to a two or four-year degree. Must submit a copy of current transcript, scholarship cover sheet, and current photo that can be published.
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS OF IOWA - TEACHER OF TOMORROW
AWARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS: $500 (1 Award) *Must be an Iowa Senior
DEADLINE: April 1, 2022
Applicants must submit an official transcript, letter of recommendation from a teacher, essay explaining why they want to be a teacher, a biography of accomplishments and community service, and a current photo for publication. The award will be paid to the college the student plans on attending.
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS OF IOWA - ED CHRISTIAN SCHOLARSHIP

Applicants must be pursuing a two or four-year degree in a science-related field. MINORITY / INDIGENOUS NURSE LEADER SCHOLARSHIP

Applicants must be high school seniors interested in pursuing a career in nursing. They must be a first-generation BIPOC. They must write an essay regarding how they intend to positively impact the medical field.
BMW SCHOLARSHIP

Applicants must score in the 90th percentile in both the math and critical reading sections of the ACT. They must be pursuing a degree in engineering or a related science degree through an ABET accredited program.
